Collection & Evaluation
Committee, and serving as a
board of director representing
one-call centers. Under his
leadership, CO811 introduced the
country's initial Damage Reporting
system that employed a
standardized data-gathering
procedure to establish a pipeline
for data analysis, storage, and
insights. This system helped CO811
detect patterns and variations in
damage incidents and propose
amendments to Colorado's laws.
