Started as a cashier and within a month was promoted to a full-time key holder position. Responsible for opening and closing of the store. Duties include tracking all work done by myself and one to two associates per shift, checking in vendors and overseeing delivery of products, stocking product on shelves while rotating anything that has expiration dates, completing necessary documents and applications on computer for all money tracking of daily transactions and deposits, taking deposits to bank when necessary as well as making change fund orders. I am no longer with the company because I cannot and will not work for somebody who will not do what they expect me to do.

Helped separate good from bad clothing donated by the public. Priced and tagged clothing to be kept and sold in the thrift store. Responsible for making sure clothing is properly tagged and hung in correct locations while maintaining easy access for customers and keeping all items in a nice and orderly fashion. Engaged with the people in my community to learn what different things I personally can help them out with. Assisted elderly volunteers with whatever they needed to accomplish their share of the workload in a timely manner. Also responsible for cleaning the store twice weekly. I am no longer with this company because the new management team decided they were no longer going to be able to help our community.

Included in my duties was keeping items stocked, keeping records of all items that were damaged or expired, changing prices when notified of price changes. In June of 2020 and that took a toll on me mentally which caused me to step down from the position. I became an overnight stocker and worked in that position for the rest of my time with the company. I am no longer with this company because my schedule interfered with my home life.
