Indirect supervision and operations control of 200,000 square foot logistics provider to MBUSI for CKD and SKD international shipments. Duties include daily production planning and forecasting of 4 internal sub-departments, inventory management and reallocation, (Inconso) WMS troubleshooting, and direct reporting responsibilities to on-site MBUSI management personnel. Under my direction, Schnellecke realized a $75,000 YOY savings due to decreased MBUSI chargebacks/claims and expedited international freight charges. BLG Logistics, Inc., Vance, Alabama.

Under my supervision of both said Departments, BLG realized a $600,000 YOY savings due to more complete/accurate inventory receipt and reconciliation, decreased supplier chargebacks/claims, and expedited freight charges. Managed maintenance issues including molding tool/fixture assessment and replacement. Under my supervision, 1st shift did not miss any JIT shipments to any MBUSI production lines resulting in a gross YOY savings of $432,000 in contractual liquidated damages.
