Carry out the Installation and Maintenance of Electrical Equipment’s such as MCC,LV&MV Switchgears,LV&MV Motors, Control panels,PDP,Circuit Breakers(VCB,ACB,MCB,VSC & MCCBS)Ups Panels,Lighting control panels,JBS,Cable,Cable Trays,RELAYS(REF 620,EOCR,ELR,Thermal Overload) and other associated plant.

Installation and Maintenance of all Motor Stators(Star/Delta,Dol,Forward Reverse,and VFDS Drives)

Perform all electrical jobs of plant to comply with company Health,Safety and Environment,as well as work permits,Lock out/Taq out Policies and Procedures.

Read and Interpret simple Machine Sketches,Single line Diagrams,complex control Diagrams as necessary to facilitate proper Maintenance.

Knowledge of All Electrical Safety Standard and Area Classification Electrical Standards(IEC &ANSI)

Knowledge about Work Permit Systems in large scale Industries.

Ability to use all related tools and instruments for maintenance activities.

Current Injector set up to 240 Amps.

High Tension Megger up to 10KV (Made KYORITSU model 3123)

Low Tension Megger up to 1000V (Made KYORITSU model 3001B)

Digital Earth Tester (Made KYORITSU model 4105A)

Digital Multimeter & Clamp on Meter (Made KYORITSU/FLUKE)
