Assisting Zylstra Harley Davidson open a new 81,000 square foot building. Part of this involved start up of an open air boiler and training the current operator. Another example is the installation of sound proofing materials in West McHenry High School.

Carpet installation and repair in residential, commercial and institutional applications. A recent example is installation of new carpet in all 5 of the buildings of the McHenry County Government Center campus.

School District 26, Cary, IL 2000 to 2004

Building Engineer/Head Custodian

Assisted with maintenance and repair of all 6 schools in the district. Helping to set up inventory and preventive maintenance programs within the district. This included regular communication with venders and subcontractors. As well as hiring, training and supervision of custodians and maintenance personnel.

Worked the final construction, and opening/operation, of a new 140,000 square foot school and development of its 85 acre site. Four years where spent to find and troubleshoot all problems and work to resolve them. This required a working knowledge of all building systems and the ability to correct any problem at a moments notice. EDUCATION
