Organize new deployments of 5G NR equipment and ensure the installation and maintenance is done properly through diligent KPI analysis. Deploy new technology in the network such as SA technology and FGA software to correct customer and equipment facing issues. Collaborate with other departments to ensure goals and objectives set forth are being met and addressing any customer issues that may arise. HQ position where creating SOW’s and MOPs are a daily task when deploying new technology, as well as lessons learned forums to better serve internal customers.
JULY 1999 – MARCH 2007
SWITCH TECH II, Unicel
Responsible for all daily CO activities such as clearing alarms, wire wrapping, MUX and DACS work, as well as software distribution. Assist field techs in troubleshooting network alarms as well as working with vendors such as Ericsson and Nortel to ensure the MTSO is maintained, and software is up to date. Connections built daily on Cisco Routers and use varieties of Black Box components to complete various connections in the MTSO. Environmental work, such as grounding, bus bar, generator inspection and daily routine inspections of the building.

I enjoy giving back where and when I can. Examples of this is serving locally with different charities to help in any way I can. I also enjoy motorcycles in which I participate in poker runs to raise money for various charities as well.
