Duties Included: Management of staff of 17+, including hiring, assessments, coaching, training, and terminations; Development and management of volunteer programs; Implementation of recreational programming for continuing care retirement community; Special event planning; assistance with marketing and admissions; Memory care, Independent living and assisted living programming; Transportation coordination, including purchasing vehicles and maintenance of said; Care planning, and assurance of state compliance including excellent survey results; Training and development at other sister communities as necessary.
