Led Cross-Functional Teams: Directed groups of mechanical, electrical, chemical, and software engineers in the design, construction, and implementation of mobile pyrolysis systems, scaling throughput from 50 kg/h to 2500 kg/h—a 50x increase in operational capacity.

Implemented Project Management Frameworks Established Kanban and Waterfall methodologies from the ground up, enabling the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple systems while consistently meeting key deadlines.

Drove Technical Innovation: Developed process measurement control software and user interface software, integrating systems with data acquisition boards, PLCs, and other hardware using Python, MATLAB, and LabVIEW.
