SUMMARY

30+ years of management experience. I led Soldiers in the U. S. Army to include Enlisted, Non Commissioned Officers and Commissioned Officers. As the S-3 Air, I put over 1,200 Paratroopers, all their equipment, vehicles, artillery equipment, fire arms and their lives into military aircraft perfectly balanced and cross loaded so that they would be dropped by airplane as close as possible to their respective rally points. Served on active duty for over 20 years and honorably retired from the U.S. Army in 2003.

In the Auto Sales profession, I excelled at learning all the features of the different vehicles and options that could come on those vehicles and it helped customers pick the right vehicle for them. I was elevated into management for all Chrysler Training and was tasked with keeping all Auto Sales Personnel up to date on their training so that the dealership would have 100% of their sales staff Certified. Expert Certified in all Stellantis Vehicles, Ram, Dodge Power Brokers, Electrified Vehicles, Jeep, Wagoneer Ambassador, Chrysler, Uconnect Systems. I built and ordered New CDJR vehicles for the dealerships stock inventory and also ordered specific vehicles built the way the customer wanted them and would keep them abreast of when it would arrive so that they would be financially and emotionally prepared.

I am currently seeking employment outside of the Auto Industry and open to New and exciting roles that wish to expand on their customer service/customer oriented goals.
