POSITION: Technical Operator
DUTIES.
Operating factory machinery and ensuring the smooth and efficient running of machines. (Variopac, tax stamp machine, and labeler machine)
Delivery and monitor performance targets in safety, quality, service, cost, and asset care.
Identifying and resolving technical issues that occur during operation.
Supporting the asset care team in routine maintenance.
Ensuring proper; standards of products before going out to our consumers.
Adherence to safety protocols and guidance to ensure safe working environment.
Participating in shift base tiers meeting and sometimes chairing the meeting.
Train and coach team members in machine operation and the organizational rules.
Act on behalf of my team lead in his absence.
Follow leadership standards procedures and see to it that all team members following the right procedures.
Make account for end of shift products produce and provides report for the day.
Represent the team in tier 2 meeting to provide reports on shift tier 1.
