With a strong foundation in classical cooking techniques and a passion for exploring the flavors and ingredients of different cultures, I have developed a versatile and innovative approach to cooking. I hold a certificate in Hotel Management and hotel and catering after my college diploma, and I am enthusiastic to share my Curriculum Vitae, which provides detailed informations about my professional and academic background.

I am an experienced cook with excellent skills and the ability to work in any environment. After my training, I undertook rigorous internships under emotional pressure and was retained in one of the best structures, Doual’air Cameroon,(Servair branch) where I worked for over seven years. Today, with all the hygiene standards, I have acquired during my tenure and the rules related to food hygiene, I can work anywhere needed. Although I lost my job due to COVID-19, I continued to work as a volunteer in the informal sector, and today I would like to express myself once again in a professional setting.

The dynamism and team spirit that characterize me are qualities I bring with me.
