Oversaw a team of 9 personnel including; test engineers/subject matter experts, operational analysts, and cybersecurity personnel. Coordinated support to 16 programs totaling $2.1B. The team-maintained squadron's capacity to plan, execute and report on test programs across the Department of Defense and Executive Branch of Government
Conducted test as the test director for the $1.2B Global Aircrew Strategic Network Terminal Operational Utility Evaluation ensuring Emergency Action Messages (EAM) met operational effectiveness/suitability/cyber requirements
Evaluated the transportability of the nuclear command, control, and communications systems ability to be set up and torn down in a deployed austere environment within requirements constraints
