Project Analyst/Contracting Officer Representative (COR)

Oversaw a team of 9 personnel including; test engineers/subject matter experts, operational analysts, and cybersecurity personnel. Coordinated support to 16 programs totaling $2.1B. The team-maintained squadron's capacity to plan, execute and report on test programs across the Department of Defense and Executive Branch of Government

Conducted test as the test director for the $1.2B Global Aircrew Strategic Network Terminal Operational Utility Evaluation ensuring Emergency Action Messages (EAM) met operational effectiveness/suitability/cyber requirements

Evaluated the transportability of the nuclear command, control, and communications systems ability to be set up and torn down in a deployed austere environment within requirements constraints

Evaluated the operational effectiveness/suitability/cyber for key performance parameters and key system attributes including the ability to receive emergency action messages from National Military Command System across nodes

Coordinated on the Operational Test Support Request process with Air Force Nuclear Command Control and Communications office to educate on the requirements of new higher headquarters guidance from another command
