March 1999 – July 2020 - Purchasing/Inventory Control Manager Under my leadership, the team of eight professionals who perform the company’s purchasing/ inventory control activities reached the following goals:

Reduced expenses by 5% annually by establishing long-term relationships with key Suppliers:

Reduced expenses by 7-10% by replacing some overseas suppliers with domestic ones.

(It became possible due to eliminating high prices according to the difference between course Dollar/Euro and lack of transportation expenses);

Annual review and performance evaluation of key suppliers allowed to increase “ON- TIME-DELIVERY” company’s orders;

Development of department’s incentive performance plan, which included the mandatory physical recount of all spare parts in the warehouse and mandatory monthly check of their correct location on the shelves that allowed to reach inventory accuracy of 99,75%;

Implementation of dynamic inventory system allowed to ensure product levels supported demand without overstocking.
