I am Macarena, a passionate and
committed instructor with
extensive experience in Yoga, TRX,
Urban and Contemporary Dance.
My expertise extends to outdoor
activities, group fitness, and
holistic therapies such as mystical
sound therapy, numerology,
among others; always providing a
comprehensive approach to
physical and mental well-being for
both children and adults. I hold an
international Yoga certification
(RYS 200hrs) from Kerala, India
(2018).
My commitment to excellence
and authenticity in teaching is
evident in every class I deliver. I
have also participated in dance
training programs in the Maule
Region, Santiago, Brazil, Argentina,
and the United States,
strengthening my skills in Urban
and Contemporary Dance. Since
2011, I have been leading spiritual
retreats on the beaches of
Lipimavida, Vichuquén, focusing
on self-healing through Yoga tools,
meditation, and mystical sound
therapy, among others.
