As a certified CSP, I have over 18 years of experience in the energy sector to the organization. I oversee the health, safety, and environmental aspects of the construction and operation of the wind farm, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, as well as industry best practices.

I have a strong background in offshore operations, having worked as the wind industry and as an HSSE Advisor and a Site Safety Lead at BP for over 15 years. Managing the safety of complex and high-risk projects in the Gulf of Mexico and Atlantic coast. I have developed and implemented effective HSE policies, procedures, and training programs, as well as conducted audits, investigations, and risk assessments. I have also collaborated with internal and external stakeholders, such as contractors, regulators, and communities, to foster a culture of safety and environmental stewardship.
