Guided large scale project over several years in the development of Alternative Business Processes to sustain critical business functions of a Fortune 25 company during cyber events.
Developed and documented the Cyber Recovery exercise program based on DRI Professional Practices and the ITIL framework tailored to the business lines specific needs and risk.
