I was the owner with my deceased husband of:
Silver Fountain Inc., 103 Spring Valley Rd, Park Ridge, NJ 07656. I sold the company June 15, 2024.
This was a fine dining establishment, bar/lounge.
Did all of the bookkeeping, payroll, weekly, hourly employees, including filing employee federal taxes, sales tax monthly, all banking, entering for all checks to be entered into the quicken system, paying invoices and checking for delivery, travel arrangements, advertising, was familiar with the POS system. Did training for staff, ordered linens & uniforms, liquor supplies, made sure kitchen was prompt and clean, ordered any supplies and made sure that the equipment was in working order, made sure that the head chef who ordered food. We had specials everyday of the week, I made sure that the wait staff made make sure that were abreast of the items and what the ingredients were.
All catering events, ie: weddings, rehearsal dinners, corporate dinners, luncheons, baby shower, all event planning.
I occasionally worked for Prominent Properties Sotheby’s International Realty, Saddle River, NJ, listed, sold and followed through to closing along with the real estate division while I worked with my husband.

Real estate broker/owner of: Lighthouse Point Realty, Lighthouse Point, Florida. I bought out the lease by Master real estate co. for his address on Federal Highway in LHP and purchased the name of Lighthouse Pt., Fla., from the previous owner.
Selling and listing properties, negotiating deals from beginning to final closing, inspections etc., held all escrow money for seller’s account in an escrow account when I was owner of Lighthouse Pt Realty. Doing all the follow up for 20 sales people that worked for me. I sold to Cendant Corp/Coldwell Banker, Southern Division, after 10 years of ownership.
