EXPERIENCE

TABLET MACHINE OPERATOR

Operated machines that compress powders into nutritional supplement tablets machines that fill powders into gelatin and veggie capsules while following cGMP's and SOP's, to prepare tablets for packaging or bulk shipment.

Clean and maintain tableting machine, instruments and work area.

Responsible for all activities related to the compression of the product as per formula instructions.

Ability for adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures and Good Manufacturing Practices.

Able to process in the hydraulic press, the shredded produce to extreme pressures between two plates, the pressure causes the juice / water content from the produce to drip into a collection tray below, leaving behind the fiber content in the filter bag; the fiber left behind is generally composted, recycled in food products or discarded.

Capability to set-ups to reduce thicknesses, reshape products, and eliminate product defects, that are in effect assuring the quality and quantity of product produced.

Ability to monitor machine cycles and product operation to detect jamming and to ensure that products conform to specifications and regulations.

Observed, feel, taste, or otherwise examine products during and after processing to ensure conformance to standards and also temperature, humidity, pressure gauges, and product samples and adjust controls, such as thermostats and valves, to maintain prescribed operating conditions for specific stages.

Examined products to verify conformance to quality standards.

Ability to move stock materials from storage to production areas, by hand or using other equipment.

Responsible for the movement of products, materials or components to supply department needs.

Follow sanitary cGMP regulations before coming in contact with raw materials.

Set up, operate and tend machinery and equipment to form tablets of vitamin supplements. Set up, start machines, monitor their operations, test and adjust machine speeds and actions according to product specifications and operating procedures. Examined job orders to determine quantities to be Tablet press operator, stock specifications, colors, or special instructions.

Current Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMP), Food and Drug Administration (FDA), DEA and other regulatory and Safety requirements.

Capability to set-up machines Tablet Press. Able to start up and adjust machine to meet specifications, run batch according to specifications.

Able to weigh and record each box produced, count and collect labels as production progresses.

Clean the machine, vacuum, dust collector, floor and walls at the end of manufacturing.

Capability to leave machine and room clean at the end of each shift.
