Designation: Senior Mechanical Engineer (Design & Development)-India Development Center (IDC) Immunoassay (IA) and Blood Gas Analyzer Products : IA is a diagnostic instrument used to aid diagnosis & monitoring of various medical conditions including cancer, infectious diseases. Blood gas is designed to measure gas parameters (O2, CO2 & other gas level) in blood including electrolyte, glucose, lactate & more.

(i) Worked on the Design Control Process as per ISO13485 QMS Procedures for all design change projects including Material change, Supplier change, Compliance requirements (ROHS/REACH).

(ii) System engineering responsibilities like System level Design inputs, System architecture, Testing & validation etc.

(iii) Supported New Product Development for the design input & concept finalization.

(iv) Developing Equipment qualification strategy, test protocols and reports along with cross-functional teams to qualify various Inspection equipment, including Humidity test for design verification & validation (V&V).
