Heavily involved with past and future DCS and PLC upgrades and repairs. Expertise in various types of instrumentation including level, flows, pressure, density and temperature controllers. Advanced experience with electronic control valves and IP’s loop tuning. Most recent position is IEPM Precision Trainer.
SKILLS INCLUDE:
Extensive knowledge of NFP70E safety requirements, Precision calibration methods and proven track record on sticking with troublesome transmitter problems with recent success on correcting drum levels with accuracy of greater than < .25% error, fixing boiler leak detection system that involved the instrument tuning of two different loops working together and commissioning of flow transmitters that ranges had to calculated and implemented to make them work.
