24/7 Stores & Retail Shops Combined Project Value $ 15,000,000.00 Project scope: Multi- location ground up construction of service stations and retail strip centers Retail Shops varied in size from 7,000- 12,000 SF and were constructed with either Tilt wall or pre- engineered metal structures. Several of the convenience stores were designed as elevated slabs for underground water detention due to property size constrictions. All projects included site work and underground utilities.

This was a Ground up, Green Field Project located across the street from the original school. The original scope was to be a five (5) building campus with a central plant for HVAC. The program requirements were to separate different areas of study. The design was modified during the pre- construction phase. The modified design (though value engineering) ultimately became a single 210,000 SF structure still incorporating the original program requirements of area separation.
High School for Law & Justice Contract value $29,000,000.00 A CMAR contract with HISD and B3CI (J.V. between 3i Const. & Balfour Beatty Const.) Project scope:
Included site demolition of residential structures and relocation of a high-pressure gas line, incorporating a four (4)-block radius to accommodate a two-story ground up 190,000 SF Tilt Wall constructed High School. This included all site work, underground utilities and paving for traffic & parking, athletic facilities, site water detention & lighting.
Garden Oaks Montessori School Contract value $24,000,000.00 A CMAR contract with HISD and B3CI (J.V. between 3i Const. & Balfour Beatty Const.) Project scope:
This project included new construction & renovations to an existing five (5) building occupied campus. Project scope included demolition of an existing structure and addition of two new structures to provide additional classroom space and a new gymnasium. Additional scope included kitchen renovation, expansion of existing cafeteria, renovation of administrative offices & library as well as front entrance, driveway modifications & parking lot expansion.
NOTE: Additional role as Project Executive on all four of the school projects was to Procure, and coordinate all MEP trades on all four campuses per JV agreement. (2013-2018) Contract Valuation Totals: $ 41M.
