Designation: O&M Engineer

Responsibilities-

Desk Engineer an Operation of Dense Phase System of Ash Handling Plant consisting of Ash evacuation from the hoppers of ESP & Maintenance of Conveying Air Compressor, Instrument Air Compressor & Root Blowers.

Operation & Maintenance of High Concentration Slurry Disposal (HCSD) System comprising of Dewatering Bins, Settling Tanks, Ash Slurry Pumps, Ash Water Pumps, Seal Water Pumps, Deblocking Pumps, Belt Conveyor, Screw Conveyor, Clinker Grinder, HCSD Pump (Geho Pump) and associated Pipelines.

Attending the break down maintenance & planning towards reducing it.

Line up of the unit and its auxiliaries, Changeover of equipments, & routine Checking.

Monitor AHP operations and handle emergencies including shut-down of units as per requirement.

Instruction to Desk & Field operators and Engineers for safe operation of AHP.

Guide sub ordinates and succession planning.

Checking stock of available spares & planning for further requirements.

Reporting to higher management.

Keeping Maintenance record of equipments.

Updating the daily maintenance work done.

Alignment of pumps & motors.

Manpower deployment as per work priority.

Correspondence to client for safe operation and maintenance of AHP.
