I have worked in the Healthcare Industry for more than 25 years. Currently, I relocated to Martin, Tennessee and am looking to continue my Healthcare experiences. LEAD PATIENT SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE

In charge of scheduling employee hours, meetings, or time off for two PSRs and three family practice doctors through API.

Handle On Call Schedules for the physicians through PerfectServe.

Follow up, by phone or MyChart, on all No Shows and cancellations encouraging patients to reschedule.

Outreach phone calls to patients to schedule care gaps that have not been completed. (A1C, BP, Diabetes, Weight Management and annual physical appointments.)
