Process driven to ensure quality and safety of shop equipment and personnel. Supervise the performance of subordinates. Inspect and enforce safety compliance for Installation. Conduct annual physical security/anti-terrorism reviews. Determine training needs of mechanics and provide information and feedback to the shop chief regarding each mechanic’s performance.

Inspect, evaluate, repair and close work orders. Conduct a weekly safety brief and verify the use of PPE. Schedule monthly safety training. Approve bi-weekly pay. Purchase parts with government purchasing card

(GPC).
