1. Communication Skills—As a Customer Representative, I effectively communicated with members to address their inquiries and guide gym policies, ensuring a positive experience for everyone. 2. Problem-Solving Abilities—As a Customer Representative, I resolved member complaints quickly, such as scheduling conflicts or equipment issues, by finding practical solutions and coordinating with the team.

3. Work Ethics—I have demonstrated high work ethics in all my experiences and ensure timely work completion for all shifts.

Achievements:

1. Academic Honor Roll and Academic Scholarship: In grade 11, I was identified for the academic honor roll for scoring an average of 90+ in both semesters. I was awarded a scholarship of $3000. 2. Caribou Math Contest Finalist (Top 5): Out of all the grade 10s in my high school, I placed in the top 5 in the Caribou Math competition.

3. In my first year on the school baseball team and cross-country school running team, I was chosen as the “Most Improved Player,” and I was selected for provincial cross-country running. 4. People's Choice Award- Sustainable Design Competition: My group was chosen as the best design according to the people out of all the first-year engineers for coming up with the most sustainable invention that could be adapted in the future.
