Summary:
Over 10 years working experience in UAE as a constraction supervisor for various projects of bulding line infrastructure, Pipe line, Road works, with Major Construction Companies..
Road works: Setting out of road work, such as vertical, horizontal Curve, junction round about, Curb stone etc. Setting out for Bridge, Retaining Wall, Under Pass, service road, collecting data for new drawings and prepare as built drawings, etc.
Building works;
1. SETTING out of Building Foundation, Columns, Pilings, Shoring Erection of Column, marking of outer slabs beams etc.
2. Look After And Supervise All The Construction Works Like Excavation, Layout, FomwrkReinforcement, Placing of Concrete, Masonry, Plaster, Flooring, Finishing Work etc. in Building Infrastructure.
3. Directly Monitor The Equipments, Materials And Manpower Requirements of The Projct
4. Acts as the main technical advisor of contractor Representative at Site.
5. Quantity Measurement and Cost Estimation.
6. Check Subcontractor’s and Supplier’s Billings.
7. Layout of the Buildings, Structures, Footings etc. as Per Layout Plans.
8. Also Involved in Liaison And Coordinates With Consultants And Clients For Inspections
9. Preparation of Bar Bending Schedule as per Drawing.
10. Progress Control to Complete the Project in Time.
11. Preparation of resources Demand on Daily Basis as per site Requirement.
12. Daily Progress Report of Work Executed at Site (Quantity of Work, Manpower, Material Consumed etc
13. Controlling the overall execution of civil works for the Project Scope, Planning for site activities, preparing weekly program of works, Safety, Quality Control of the project in coordination with the respective Site Engineers and Supervisors.
14. Communicating with client’s site representative, Vendors, Designer and other concerned for the proper coordination needed for the execution of the job.
15. Helping the quality team in achieving the desired Quality Control Plan as per approved ITP for the overall scope of work, in line with the client’s standard and specification.
16. Helping the Planning Team by providing necessary data input in developing the project
17. To ensure close monitoring, Control and timely completion of the work, Coordinating with the procurement department for the timely procurement and dispatch of the material to site and also to ensure that the cash flow prepared are honored during the project duration.
Academic and Technical Qualification
• 3 years Diploma of Associate Engineer in Civil Engineering from Punjab Board of Technical Education Lahore Pakistan
COMPUTURE EDUCATION
• Auto cad diploma 2D
• Excellent knowledge for construction & Surveying works in Auto Cad Civil 2D 2018
• Excellent knowledge of MS word, MS Excel, Internet.
