Performing following duties (on aircraft type Embraer 135, 170, 190 and 195, British aerospace RJ85 and Jetstream 41) but not limited to:

Carry out sampling checks on maintenance being carried out on aircraft

Carry out sampling checks on maintenance carried out in the relevant workshops

Carry out sampling checks on Aircraft for condition of cleanliness, interior aesthetics, and condition of carpets, paint work, seat covering, galleys and cockpit and safety equipment

Ensuring any defective workmanship or documentation relating to aircraft maintenance is identified to the respective Crew Chief, Supervisor via verbal communication or per e-mail for corrective action

Carry out sampling checks on aircraft documentation during maintenance (Aircraft Technical Logs, Task cards, non-routine etc.)

Carry out sampling checks on Aircraft Documentation Folders for validity of certificates

Carry out sample checks on recorded Robbing actions performed against company procedures

Carry out sample checks on spares/parts and components including documentation issued from stores

Carry out random tool check inspections on Technicians/AME tool boxes against company procedures

Carry out random checks on tools booked out of stores and any missing tools from stores as per SOP

Reporting any non-compliance within the organization on IQSMS

Conducting Investigations when requested by the Accountable Manager

Carry out inspection on parts entering the organization that have been quarantined and may require an investigation as denoted by an AD or SB or relative Aircraft documentation

Inspect repairs and modifications process control and review documentation

Acting supervisor in absence of the Quality control department supervisor
