2.Property maintenance of 40 offices. Also property maintenance of trailer park. And 2 restaurants in Ventura and Ojai.Tasks included repair of minor electrical and plumbing issues. Also concrete and masonry repair. Also removal of homeless people camping out on the premises. Self employed. From 6/2017 To September 9/2024

4.Masonry foreman for Patterson Masonry. Patterson Masonry retired. Employed from 2012 to 2117.

5.Project Manager for Swimming pool company. Artistic Design. 818-***-**** Scope of work : Sales of large contracts. Organizing all subcontractors and manage 30 employees. From landscapers to concrete laborers. And collection of progress payments. Also wrote contracts and estimated projects. Owner retired and so I moved on. From 2000 to 2010.

6.Self -employed Construction from 1986 to 1995. I obtained a contractors License in Landscape and General Contractor.

7.Security of construction site. From 1981 to 1983.

Education: Ged. 1 Semester of child development. Moorpark College.

I am in good physical shape at age of 64. I have excellent communication skills. I work well with others. Whoever has employed me in the past, have been satisfied with my performance and quickly come to realize that their job has become a little easier. As in not having to tell me something twice and that I needed less supervision than most.
