Possess over 20 years of extensive experience, including app. 6 years in offshore environments, managing EPC and MEP projects across diverse sectors such as oil and gas, residential, commercial, pharmaceutical, and industrial facilities/infrastructure.

Design & Calculations for HVAC System (Carrier E20 form & HAP). Knowledge in ASHRAE 62.1

Develop and prepare schedules, schematics, and riser diagrams for project documentation.

Develop SLD for client/consultant approval.

Create GA, Shop, IFC and isometric drawings for MEP services.

Fabricate pipe spools, modify structures, and design supports.

Supervise detailed MEP engineering activities, execution teams, and allocate manpower.

Conduct ESP calculations for AHU, FCU, fans, and pump static head.

Size ductwork, CHW pipes, and plumbing pipes based on distribution needs.

Assess electrical load demands and strategize cable, cable tray, and busbar routes. Install electrical panels, DB's, and isolators, adhering to safety protocols and optimal location standards.

Coordinate with site personnel, vendors, and MEP consultants.

Procure resources and prepare procurement requests for Equipment & materials.

Oversee project execution and maintenance.

Generate reports for discrepancies in input.

Prepare for and actively participate in testing and commissioning phases of projects.

Perform quantity take-offs for each service, maintain project-specific tender document files, and manage a data bank.

Calculate manpower and equipment requirements, and undertake cost estimation and tendering for projects.

Prepare technical and commercial submissions aligned with tender documents for both projects and maintenance.

Determine spare parts and consumable needs for maintenance tasks.

Evaluate quotations for adherence to technical specifications, deviations, cost comparisons, and exclusions.

Develop project strategies and compile lists of identified risks.

Prepare project cost analyses (PCA) or estimate project costs based on bill of quantities (BOQ) per service.
