SKILLS
Some of the skills that I have include leadership, organization, communication, teamwork, time management, and critical thinking. I have always been a natural leader since I was young and have always been the one to volunteer to lead. I utilized that skill my Junior year swim season by being chosen as one of the three captains for the swim team. Organization has always been a priority of mine to keep my life in line. I’m always planning ahead, writing things down, and categorizing things. Communication is very important to me especially while working. If anything ever comes up or goes wrong, the first thing I will do is communicate that with someone. Teamwork is critical in my life as I need this skill daily during school. Problem solving and presenting things with your peers is truly amazing, and multiple people can always be better than one. I am always willing to learn from other people, that’s why teamwork is so important to me. I have great time management as I am constantly worried about the time and making sure I am on time. For whatever reason I will be late, I will always communicate that with someone. Lastly, critical thinking is a skill that I value greatly. I am always willing to problem solve and make informed decisions on things. I will always respect other opinions before mine no matter if I agree or disagree
