Self employed telecom tech for over 25 years, I do subcontract work with over 20 national telecom service companies. I have headed up several large jobs for 3 major hospitals in the Minneapolis area. I was the lead technician on all, responsibilities included everything from site survey, bids, material ordering and managing teams from 6 to 12 workers. I also was the telecommunications technician for these 3 hospitals. I have traveled extensively for the Medtronic Corporation wiring, install data racks, terminate, test and label and install and program the Avaya Partner phone system. I traveled to forty seven states over the course of 6 years setting up Medtronics regional offices, most located in every major city in the US. Other experience includes running my own telecommunications company (G/C Communications) and doing subcontract work national telecom companies which included installing a shower call system in Love's Truck Stops.
