Duties & Responsibilities
Ensures that planned preventative maintenance task are carried out in accordance with the schedule, frequency and task lists and provides reports on any works required thereafter.
Review and maintain maintenance logs and complete all documentation necessary to the completion of the task.
Instruct the team in how to dispose of hazardous materials in accordance with established Occupational Safety and Health Administration (OSHA) procedures.
Make sure to maintain the landscaping areas' plants, grass, and palm trees, and keep an eye on the irrigation system at all times because if there is an issue, they will wither.
Review staff, labor, plant and equipment allocation/schedule and logistics, check progress for payment authorization, review subcontractors claim / invoices and ensure contractors compliance with connect obligations.
Involved in various work activity site such as layout, framing, formworks, reinforcing, concrete placement, water proofing and finishing (Plastering, Tiles Installation, Painting, Installation CHB, cladding and ceiling). As well as renovation. And addition of earthworks activity such (excavation and hauling works).
Ensure operation are efficiently maintained by completing project function on time and budget.
Make sure the subcontractor's work is accomplished to high standards by supervising and inspecting it with the appropriate team (QA Documentation).
Directly reported and fully supported to the Maintenance Manager.
Maintain Maintenance of vehicles, equipment and materials handling by preventive maintenance and inspection for defects, notify maintenance personnel or contact outside service facility for repair.
Coordinate and follow up the activities of logistics (Support) such as diesel supply, sewage removal, skip removal and portable water supply, ensure all utility works need on site (plumbing, hvac, technician, temporary works. Plant & Equipment are always ready to provide complete support.
Responsible to ensure that the standard of the works being carried out is in accordance with the technical and specification of the 4
contract and quality of workmanship in maintained to the highest standards.
Advice, coordinate and review on the concept, schematic and details design related to architectural, structural & civil, mechanical and electrical and interior design.
Prepare, review and sign daily site diary, work inspection request, concrete pour request with all the checklist (Civil, Architectural and MEP) prior to submission.
Conduct quality control activities in accordance with instructions, using specified control measuring and testing.
Ensure quality of design documentation throughout the design process.
Supervise and inspect work on site to ensure it is completed to high quality standards (QA Documentation) and implementing the Qatar Construction Specification (QCS) in the project.
Coordinate with HSE and QAQC inspector regarding the problems on site and coordinates with them the corrective actions needed to upgrade and improved the works on site.
Assist in the preparation and review of method statements, schedules, planning, making drafts and proposal as required.
Conduct on the spot checking on the site and see to it that the construction department is using updated drawing.
Ensure that the permit review/screening is completed and the appropriate level of risk assessment is performed by collaborating with the performing parties during the planning phase. Identify activities that conflict with other works and that such hazards are identified and that steps are being undertaken to analyze and implement mitigations.
Assist in planning and organizing the job, ensuring that sufficient resources and materials are available, also ensures that the job is completed in the most time – efficient manner.
Assisting in preparing proposals, feasibility studies, preliminary design, engineering specifications, and contract documents.
Extensive civil design experience and exposure to working on Infrastructure projects and land development.
Monitor the cost and timescales, liaising with client representative and gaining approvals where necessary to relocate or provide additional resources.

Identify strategies for enhancing the permit to work (PTW) process and system in terms of safety, efficiency and line management.
Maintain liaisons with the design engineers to schedule and coordinate the release for construction of design documents in support of the construction schedule from (KAHRAMAA).
To assure all underground cable laying was approved by the inspector from (KAHRAMAA).
Prepare all documents prior to handling over the clients. Other Information
