Experience:
Gundersen Pulmonary Clinic 10/2023 to present.
●I collaborated with patients with a variety of pulmonary diagnosis such as COPD, Asthma, ILD, Pulmonary Hypertension, Lung Cancers.
●I am learning to read CXRs, CT scans, PET scans.
●I collaborated with patients to diagnosis their problems and give recommendations for care such as inhalers, medications, preventions, smoking cessation, pulmonary rehab, and staying up to date on vaccines.
●If other testing is needed for further diagnosis such as IR biopsies, bronchoscopies, autoimmune labs, basic labs, echo’s, allergy consults, ENT consults, sleep consults, etc.
●I work collaboratively with Pulmonologists to see inpatient consults.
●I also take part in Tumor Board where our lung patients are collaboratively discussed with other providers.
Wound Care 05/2015 to 7/2023
●I saw patients with a variety of wounds and co morbidities, such as diabetic foot ulcers, arterial and venous ulcers, surgical wound dehiscence, abscesses, hematomas. Infected wounds, lymphedema, and osteomyelitis.
●I ordered and supervised HBO treatments
●I performed sharp, autolytic, enzymatic, and mechanical debridement’s.
●I performed ABI’s and ordered vascular testing to better decide healing ability.
●I worked with patients to prepare a plan of care.
●I collaborated with other providers to provide holistic care and educate patients on their responsibilities for their ow healing.
●I also network with other providers to educate them about wound care and what we can do for their patients.

●I made visits to homes. Assisted living facilities, and nursing homes to provide Medicare Advantage Health Care exams and medication management and education.
●I performed history and physicals and health risk assessments.
●I contacted PCP as needed and made referrals to community programs and case management as needed.
Orthopedic and Sports Institute of FV 07/2008 to09/2011
●I collaborated with Orthopedic surgeon as a fist assist.
●I followed patients postoperatively I hospital and clinics.
●I provided wound care for a variety of wounds and used wound vacs in and out of surgery.
