Coordinate with vendors, leads, planners, and warehouse providers. Schedule material deliverables between Jport Factory and warehouse crating repair providers. Maintain accurate status of parts, orders, and work scopes. Also include validation of material and locate lost or missing material. Responsible for all Complex Material Handler duties of Aeroderivative Power Plants. Unloaded parts and crates from flatbed and van type trucks. Visually inspect stock items for material handling damage, match paperwork with physical part. Received, count, and stock items.
Clean and kit parts.
Worked outside to process parts communicate with drivers and factory to ensure adequate part movement.
Uncrated material, determine stock locations, pick parts, and prepare kit-carts. Performed documentation of overall material movement and handoffs. Ensured material is moved to appropriate locations as required. Performed other duties as assigned by a supervisor or manager. Updated shop production boards as instructed.
