• Supervise employees during your shift and make sure that they complete tasks daily. Contribute to the Production and Maintenance strategies targeting business goals.

• Act as a reference point for employees and Visitors, ready to fix problems that occasionally arise. Ensure a proactive approach for identifying and resolving issues on working grounds to demonstrate delivery of the highest standards.

• Allocate daily schedules and design employee shifts, and keep records of overtime and day-offs of workers. Serves as a one-point contact person between management and workers. In case of any disputes or clashes between them, try to resolve them while benefitting both parties.
