Experience

Name of Employer

Priority/Anytime Garage Door Company:June 2023-Present

As a experienced professional in the garage door industry I got a opportunity to become a senior tech/travel technician for a smaller company that gave me the opportunity to excel in sales and customer service after my six month mark with the company i achieved over $300,000 in door sales and service. I tracked and trained new inexperienced technicians and traveled to many states to teach them. From the start of my career in garage doors I have close to approximately 1.3+ million in sales in total.

A1 Garage Door Company: May 2022- April 17th of 2023

As a Garage Door Sales Technician I learned and perfected the process of becoming a sales associate and learning how to talk to different personalities everyday. I was also supplied with Milwaukee tools which helped take care of customers needs on the spot of the appointment the customer scheduled for Service. A1 had a very great training experience in Phoenix Arizona from the month of May to the end of July to ensure the customers would be satisfied with our quality of work and services. While working for the company the last 11 months I produced over $450,000 of sales of doors and servicing homes in Kansas and Missouri. Sadly, the company was making cuts due to the corporation that invested in the company needed to make decisions, the market in Kansas City got slow during the winter months and caused a few technicians to be laid off.

Amazon Fulfillment Center : December 2021-May 2022

While looking for a opportunity with a very successful company and being a entrepreneur I wanted to get in further depth on how Amazons Warehouse works. Working in Kansas City, KS. While getting the opportunity to become a main role of management for amazon to ensure the best possible outcome to ensure customer satisfaction with how many unit and items we got out for delivery of that next day. Working 6 months for the company I decided to pursue in A1 Garage Company. I went on to become a main trainer and teacher for new employees for amazon because I was trained in forklift, shipping and also order picker machines. Went out on great terms with Amazon as well.

Spinellos Moonlight Liquors: 02/2021- 07-2021

I was front cashier and ensured to order back stock for any products that were low and or going off the shelves faster during the season. I learned the insides of Standard Beverage which is who our wholesalers for our products we get from them. Decided end of July to get a new opportunity closer to home to save money on travel expenses.

Colamark Inc: 02/2020 – 07/28/2020

After deciding on not furthering my academic career beginning of 2020 due to concerns of online learning during start of Covid pandemic instead of in person classes I took the semester off to work and get experiences with small businesses in sales. ColaMark Company sold mostly women’s clothing and various products. It was good to learn the inside of a small company that specialized in women products and learning how much profit and where to sell the bulk items too.

UPS Package Handler // Delivery Driver: 09/2019 – 02-2020

Working at UPS Warehouse in Kansas City KS for my first 4 months organizing and packing UPS vehicles to go out for deliveries during the holidays of 2019. During the holidays they had myself train to deliver and stock vans during the night working some nights over 14+ hrs a day (3 AM – 5PM) while delivering during the holidays. During the months of January of 2020 I got a opportunity at Colamark and wanted to learn more about smaller businesses and Sales.
