Career Summary
I have developed effective leadership by utilizing more excellent communication skills attained between 1978 and 1985 as a Dale Carnegie Course Instructor on Human Relations and Effective Communications. Also, my organizational skills were improved by the training by Weyerhaeuser in quality commitment principals developed as program director for the Flex Financial Program at South Carolina National and BankAtlantic. Reporting skills utilizing Microsoft Office Word, Excel, Outlook and Power Point have enabled me to build effectively managed organizations.
Key Accomplishments/awards
Pamco Securities and Insurance Services 1986 – 1988; while managing an organization in Alabama Federal I was the lowest level manager chosen to represent Pamco in the Las Vegas meeting with Lincoln National, top prospect to purchase the company. I was told by the President of Pamco, John Phillip Sousa,III it was in no small part because of my effective communication and management skills
GNA 1988 – 1991; Instrumental in developing Total Quality Commitment Training for 130 teams nationwide for GNA National Education Committee. This method utilized measurement of and rewarding people for activities leading to greater profitability. Less effective employees became more valuable to themselves and GNA as their daily routine was built around a ten point grid of effective and proactive cooperative tasks.
Compulife Investment Services: 1992-1995 Interdependently with BankAtlantic management I designed and implemented the Pacesetter system which utilized regional and branch personnel to coordinate and assure quantity and quality cooperation to the third party non-bank employees.
Alpine Recruiting: 2012-2013 Made 100 documented calls daily for Ameriprise to individual brokers in Merrill Lynch, Morgan Stanley, and other notable investment firm employees to recruit top representatives for Ameriprise. Of the six on the team, I was the most profitable recruiter.
Club Demonstration Services: September 2021 – February 2022 I demonstrated COSCO Products to clients of COSCO.
