Objective
As a warehouse lead my primary objective is to support my team with the ability to pack and ship out within the timely and effective manner. Prior to shipping out I checked all the manifest, and any other related documentation. Insured that all packages were cared for and clean. Additionally also did order selection and insured that those were taking care of properly and effectively. As a team lead I was able to manage up to 12 people at once with the same goal in mind to send out the customers package and finished all orders before the day ended.
