o Assessment of fertilization and zygote quality following insemination – daily assessment/grading and handling of embryos through Day 6 of in vitro culture. o Cryopreservation and thawing of embryos at varying stages of development (includes subsequent culture and assessment of thawed embryos). o Preparation of fresh and thawed embryos for intrauterine transfer (involves loading of catheter for transfer and assessing catheter for retained embryos performing micro- manipulation procedure assisted hatching when required). o Performing day five Biopsy (trophectoderm) and tubing for PGT-A, PGD, and PGT-M. o Preparing scientific papers and reports and monitoring the status of patient consent and compliance documentation.
o Setting up the steps and rules of laboratory medical testing. o Advanced laboratory equipment assessment, calibration, and maintenance. o Maintaining laboratory quality assurance and safety standards. o Teaching and training lab personnel.
