I have over 29 years as an Army Civilian which included over 17 years of experience as a General/Environmental Engineer with the U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) specializing in Program/Project Management, and Emergency Management. I worked for 11 years as an Operations Research Systems Analyst (ORSA) with the Army Corps of Engineers and the U.S. Forces Korea conducting engineering studies and operational analysis. I served 5 years on Active Duty as an Army Engineer Officer in construction and project management at Fort Lewis, WA and with the Army Corps of Engineers in South Korea. I served 25 years as an Army Reserve Engineer Officer while working full time as an Army civilian and retired from the Army Reserves as a Colonel in 2009. I retired from my civilian position as a Senior Program Manager with the Army Corps of Engineers in March 2012. I currently work as a Construction Site Manager.

I perform as the Site Manager assisting the site superintendent in the installation of Curtain Wall Panels, Insulated Glass Units, and Glass & Metal Pavilions on major construction projects.
