Non-Functional Regulator Reporting - NNRR (Banking Project) June 2020- Dec-2022 Non-Functional Regulator Reporting - NFRR is a project which deals with workflow related to Report submission related to Regulator bodies. Every bank deal with non-financial reports which are required to be submitted to the regulatory based on the countries of operations. For the NFRR project Pega is used to create headless cases. The front end used for this project is React and the Data integration with Pega is done using Kafka.

·Design, develop, and configure Pega applications using Pega Studio, including UI, workflows, data models, and business rules.

·Interacted with Business Analyst and users to understand the business process, business needs and requirements

·Automate business workflows and case management processes using Pega’s Process Designer and Case Management features.

Auto Insurance Cover This is a General Insurance project, intended to do the underwriting job of an insurance company whereby the auto insurance policies are generated. The client approaches the company for auto insurance cover. A proposal form has to be issued by the employee of the insurance company who is called an underwriter. The proposal form has to be filled in by the client in full, which gives the details about the type of insurance cover required by the client and details regarding the vehicle. The underwriter calculates the insurance premium and conveys to the client and if he accepts and pays the premium through cash/card, policy is to be issued and records to be updated accordingly. Also, further proceedings with each client are to be maintained in the system.
