This temporary position served to resolve and pay insured claims for losses in Florida due to hurricanes Helene and Milton.

Senior Estimator as per project.

This position served to widen the clientele portfolio for this project and future renovation and maintenance projects. My objective was to estimate a flood damaged service area to Fort Lauderdale Airport. This entailed meeting with owners and management to establish a scope of work and materials selections to repair and renovate their complex. From there, duties included materials research and best pricing applicable, assembling bids and contracts for sub-contractors, and forecasting a timeline to include payment tiers and contractor deadlines. This effort resulted in a 3.4-million-dollar renovation to be completed in 7 months. As National Group is a small family business that is still growing, they haven’t the volume of work to enlist my service full time yet.
