I am a Mexican and Canadian Senior Executive with 20+ years of experience using diverse types of technologies such as Python, PostgreSQL, Javascript, Postgres, AWS, Docker, Odoo. I have led numerous international projects as Head Executive, having efficiently carried out the roll of the administrative head in multiple areas such as: P&L, Negotiation with customers and contractors, Logistics, Engineering, Procurement and Construction, HSE, QA and Project Controls.

All while having an extensive knowledge and experience in team management from multiple specialties such as Scada, Automation, Telecom, Electrical and Construction engineers. All while sucessfully overseeing various employment relationships between diverse types of sub-contractors in Software, Electrical and Construction, Telecom and Automation whose primary goals are to create and deliver integrated projects in benefit of the end customer.

To this day, my primary goal in each of my projects has been investing my vast experience in building teams from scratch while gaining the confidence of the end customer, creating new opportunities for the business and creating a solid structure for substantial projects. Managed and developed a CPC Scada telecommunication project from Russia and Kazakhstan, as head director supervising the multicultural crew in order to obtain a successful outcome. Adding to the fact of being in charge of developing the adequate alliances between the parties involved such as: CPC (end customer), Chevron (PMC) and Contractors (Cisco, Siemens, OTN, SCS subcontractors), negotiating with each of them to assure the development of the project. The main goal was to elaborate a 100MMusd EPC Telecom Project for Caspian Pipeline Consortium (CPC), which is a private —public consortium ; owning, operating and maintaining a 1,500 kilometer pipeline crossing Russian Federation and Kazakhstan Republic.

The main goal was to maintain a partnership with customers such as PEMEX, which is integrated by a two headed department (operative and IT).

Executing the role of sales manager overseas for Latin America, the main product being Matrox Graphics solutions, (multi-display graphics cards, remote external graphic card, graphic external module, display wall). Head of the projects of Industrial Automation— Scada in the areas of Oil&Gas, Electric and Traffic. All while performing the tasks needed efficiently within an anual financial blueprint of10MM USD. I successfully managed multiple projects throughout the design and implementation of the customer s needs and in between the diverse interfaces. Acting as liaison between customers, third parties, software vendors and subcontractors. Adding to the fact that I performed the role of vendor liaison in order to seek out for needed technology in order to satisfy our needs. The main goal was to implement of Scada for Pemex, a 100MMusd contract, in 4 years. Taking part in the sales department and project execution throughout all of the phases that integrated the project of CFE Substations with OASyS Scada; such as design, construction, FAT, SAT, commissioning and warranty. The main goal was a system Integration - obtaining a result of a wholesome system, creating the adequate interfaces needed. I developed the adequate skills in order to coordinate a developing team, knowing how to define priorities with the deliverables, and assure that a product is developed at the end.
