Prior to working at Hydropro, Inc., Hendershaw was Vice President of Marketing at Basic Technologies, Inc. based in West Palm Beach, FL. He did bidding as the senior estimator, proposal manager and project manager as needed. During his 4-year tenure at the Permutit Co. as a process engineer/estimator/proposal manager, he proposed and designed the City of Cape Coral’s 3-MGD RO system, then the largest municipal RO system in the USA.

Coupled with his educational background are years of technical field visits to water treatment systems in the USA, Mexico, the Middle East, South and Central America, Taiwan and the Caribbean.

Hydropro grew from 2 employees with modest income to over 9 million in sales under his direction.

He is proficient in all office equipment. He can initiate and maintain accounting and financial records, IT and HP tasks. He is prominent in AutoCAD and several PLC and SCADA languages including A/B, State, ladder logic control and WONDERWARE. He can startup and troubleshoot instrumentation, controls and VFD’s. He has used scheduling software such as Primavera.

Bookkeeping programs have been used extensively including QuickBooks contractor. He was the bidder, proposal manager, process and equipment designer, estimator and project manager on over thirty Hydropro systems. He has been the I&C engineer on three large RO projects, Martin Co.’s Jensen Beach RO WTP, the City of Ft. Stockton, TX and Indian River Plantation’s (Martin Co., FL) expansion and retrofit. On successful bids, he was the project manager, purchasing and scheduling director, and project coordinator
