March/2024-October/2024 Montwood Medical Centers-Certified Nurse Practitioner-El Paso, TX My duties at MMC included collecting patient’s medical information including assessment of PMH and H&P, review medical data, providers orders, reviewed prior and present medication records, ancillary, consultation, surgical, lab and imaging reports, reviewed pharmacy records, clinical notes, hospital, specialists and interdisciplinary team referrals, performed subjective/objective assessments, diagnosis(e), assessed patients’ data, patient plan of care, order treatment modalities and interventions, prescribed medications, and followed up with patients outcomes and evaluated functionality, provided preventative care and urgent care, psychological mini assessments and F/U appointments after record review. In addition, I provided medical consultations for patients and performed intake assessments at El Paso Behavioral Center.
April/2021-July/2023 Texas Tech Physicians of El Paso- Advance Practice Provider-El Paso, TX. Provided continuous and comprehensive advance nursing practice care to acutely ill adult-gerontology patients experiencing episodic illnesses, exacerbation of chronic illness and/or terminal illnesses. My primary area of practice in this company was intensive care but I also cross-covered internal medicine and family practice under the guidance of senior physicians.

Performed detailed medical history interviews along with physical assessments, formulated diagnosis and treatment plans based on clinical findings, performed and dictated clinical notes, performed diagnostic and therapeutic procedures, interpreted imaging as indicated in the intensive care unit and in patients with pulmonary disorders in conjunction with other professionals including interdisciplinary teams. Performed senior care and in tasks associated with daily living in the patient’s own home. July/2016-November/2018 The Hospitals of Providence -Registered Nurse-El Paso, TX. Established a delivery care system while utilizing the nursing care process to deliver patient care in various specialty units including Critical Care, Telemetry, and Intermediate Care units as a registered nurse in all the networks four hospital campuses.
