Duties and Responsibilities
Responsible for repair, design, maintenance, upgrade and modifications of all plant electrical machinery and equipment
Troubleshooting and understanding Siemens S5, S7, B&R and Mitsubishi PLC’s
Have experience in field electrical works e.g., installation of security lights, external electrical panels and pumps.
Implement planned maintenance schedule and ensure maintenance efficiency
Investigate and rectify all operating difficulties which result from electrical or software problems
Gathering data of machine performance and compile breakdowns root cause analysis (5Y) for major & recurring breakdowns as well as stating action plan for condition-based maintenance
Making requisitions for spares and materials using SAP and Microsoft dynamic NAV systems software
