15/06/1995 to 20/07/1997 position: foreman, cutting marble and polishing.

- Work in Libya company Zahf al Akhdar marble in Tripoli from 03/08/1997 to 30/05/2001 position : foreman marble cutting, polishing marble and granite and decoration example fountain……

-Work in Emirates Arabia Union company international marble and granite in sharjah Emirates position foreman from16/07/2001 to 10/09/2005.

Duties and Responsibilities of Factory Foreman.

Monitoring the manpower distribution in the shop floor to use their skilled in a appropriate manner.

Distributing the work load in the shop floor and analyze which particular job need a proper work force.

Receiving the job order and its schedule for manufacturing and checking the priorities.

Coordinate to the material controller for the arrangement of marble/granite material how to optimize the

cutting execution to avoid wastages.

Monitoring all work station for the quality of finished marble/granite products and its production out put

percentage.

Forcing a work load in every station to meet the target plan for delivery

Evaluating the condition of machineries to conduct a necessary maintenance every month

respectively.

Coordinate with the Site foreman / salesman to make a plan to organize to flow of materials on site

and the sequence of manufacturing process as per site schedule / salesman demand.

Observe and organized the finished products in proper packed in the boxes or pallets with label and

quantity to minimize the time consumed during loading to the pick ups.

Filled up the Daily Production report respectively to monitor the out put of the operators and

machineries and to checked how many square meter of marble slabs had been consumed in daily

basis.

Adhere the safety compliance as per company procedure and observe the manpower’s safety

paraphernalia like Overall uniform, safety shoes, hand gloves, dust mask, and safety glasses.

Recommend the shop floor techniques in production to reduce time consumed.

Always observe the cleanliness in every machineries and job stations.
