several investors. Oversaw and managed broker network for originating

residential mortgages. Set up and implemented all quality control

guidelines, reviewed all state and federal regulations for compliance, and

maintained and updated all investor underwriting guidelines.

Branch manager for several loan originating and servicing centers. Duties

included overseeing branch personnel, sales volume, setting up new vendors for lease business, monitoring delinquency, and ensuring branch

policy was adhered to.
