Captain of Fulfillment /Receiver
I am the Captain of SFS in Fulfillment as well as one of the Receivers. In fulfillment I pick and bag/pack online orders. If the order is in order pick up (OPU) I have between 30 minutes to an hour to pick multiple orders and bag them, then place them in holding area at guest services. If the order is an online order as ship from store SFS. I again pick the orders as well as pack them and sort them to either FedEx or UPS pallets. I’m also in charge of fill out order sheet for supplies, keeping stock and training for any new team members for Fulfillment. In receiving I check- in all vendors loads, determining based of previous orders if the load is too heavy or not enough. Filing away any receipts or order Bill of Lading. I destroy or defect items that have been damaged or returned, placing them in either ESIM bins, donating or salvaging them. I use both the crown and wave to organize and keep the back room safe and clean. Lifting pallets off the floor and into back room locations. I create a sweep of all excess back room items, pallets, plastics, recycle, salvage, CRC, bales of cardboard etc. ; putting them into an empty truck and create a Bill of Lading, sign for it to be picked up. As well as pull any MIR or recalled items from the back room or floor and send it out to the appropriate location.
