•20+ years’ custodian experience working in a office and business environment

•Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services to include customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction.

•20+ years’ experience vacuum carpets and sealing and polishing floors using buffers

•Service, clean, or supply restrooms and break areas as required.

•Always performed duties properly and in a safe manner

•Experience with PPE when using cleaning chemicals to ensure safety of self and others

•Experience in communication, training, teamwork, and leadership with the U.S. Air Force

EXPERIENCE

●Follow procedures for the use of chemical cleaners and power equipment to prevent damage to floors and fixtures

●Requisition supplies or equipment needed for cleaning and maintenance duties.

●Wash windows, walls, ceilings, and woodwork, waxing and polishing as necessary.

●Disinfect equipment and supplies, using germicides or steam-operated sterilizers.

●Clean rooms, hallways, lobbies, lounges, restrooms, corridors, elevators, stairways, locker rooms, and other work areas so that health standards are met.

●Maintain inventories of supplies

●Empty wastebaskets, empty and clean ashtrays, and transport other trash and waste to disposal areas.

●Replenish supplies, such as drinking glasses, linens, writing supplies, and bathroom items.

●Dust and polish furniture and equipment.

●Keep storage areas and carts well-stocked, clean, and tidy.
